Call for Abstracts
Abstracts are invited on the mentioned themes from Indian & as well as foreign nationals. The abstract should be limited to 300 words (excluding the title of the paper, author names, and affiliations) typed in Times New Roman (font size 12 with 1.5 spacing) on or before 15th December 2024. The abstract prepared in MS Word format should be uploaded along with the online registration form available at https://bsiisptebg2025.in. The committee will review the abstract, and acceptance of abstracts either for oral or poster presentation shall be communicated to the authors. The size of the posters should be 90cm × 120 cm in portrait orientation. Because of the green protocol, participants are requested to avoid flex or any plastic materials. The full-length paper of the selected abstracts is to be submitted before 31st December 2024 to symposiumfullpaper@gmail.com.
Awards will be given to the first 3 best oral and poster presentations in each section.
Registrations are available only in online mode.

* BIMSTEC member countries– Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, Myanmar, Nepal, Sri Lanka, and Thailand.
** Space of 3×3 sq. ft. will be provided for display.
The registration fees includes:
Access to conference sessions, posters and exhibition area.
Conference materials and a complimentary copy of "Book of Abstracts".
Lunch and Dinner, as scheduled in the conference program.
Accommodation will be provided on a twin-sharing basis during the conference.
Registration fees does not include travel aid or insurance, please ensure that you have your insurance policy before travelling.
The registration fees is non-refundable and non-transferable. Read the terms and conditions of the symposium before submission of fees and complete your registration.
