Steps for the registration
Read the Instructions carefully by clicking on
Call for Abstracts section
Select your category and pay the registration fee accordingly.
The payment should be made to the Symposium Bank account only, keep the Screen Shot/ Receipt of the successful transaction to submit it in the next step.
The Registration Fee may be remitted online to the Bank Account details

Early bird category registrations have been closed now!
* BIMSTEC member countries– Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, Myanmar, Nepal, Sri Lanka, and Thailand.
** Space of 3×3 sq. ft. will be provided for display for book publishers in corporate category only.
The registration fees includes:
Access to conference sessions, posters and exhibition area.
Conference materials and a complimentary copy of "Book of Abstracts".
Lunch and Dinner, as scheduled in the conference program.
Accommodation will be provided on a twin-sharing basis during the conference.
Registration fees does not include travel aid or insurance, please ensure that you have your insurance policy before travelling.
The registration fees is non-refundable and non-transferable. Read the terms and conditions of the symposium before submission of fees and complete your registration.
